How can you say thank you to someone who has done what you and your family have done.  You’ve changed my life.  I will never be the same again.  I had drifted away from God. The book you sent me is so awesome I can’t put it down.  In the book I read what did I do to cause myself such great loss.  I’m still figuring that out day by day, but the loss of my twin girls will not be in vain.  Your kindness has touched me and my family.  Savannah Smiles will always be a part of me.  I one day will do what you did for me to someone else in need.

Words can’t adequately convey our sincere appreciation!  What beautiful, wonderful people to reach our so graciously to others in the midst of your own grief.  Savannah Smiles is an amazing tribute to your beautiful angel, Savannah.  We are inspired by the way in which you are honoring your daughter by reaching out in charity; comfort to others.  We can only hope to find an equally loving way in which to honor our angel , Brenna.  Like you we will forever mourn ;celebrate our daughter.  We struggle to be worthy of her and in that strength our relationship with God!  Thank you for giving us the inspiration to try.

Cara  (Brenna’s mom)

We are greatly appreciative for what you have done for us.  Words cannot explain the terrible pain we have felt losing our daughter.  You have helped ease our minds concerning the funeral.  Thank you so much and god bless.

Thank you for the generous donation, book, and cd your story is a true inspiration.  We know we are so blessed to have had Ava and Jacob in our lives for the short time that we did.  I know they are walking with Jesus and He is at our side. Your story gives me inspiration.  Thanks for giving me some of your courage & strength.

You will never know how much you helped Allen and I after Sarah died.  I do believe that everything happens for a reason. God has made it perfectly clear that “His will be done”.  Recently I had the opportunity to give back financially to another family the way you gave to us.  Sarah is alive in me, Allen, and our family just as I know that Savannah is alive in you & your family.  Without Savannah you would not have started the foundation that helps so many “His will be done on earth as it is in heaven”.

Amidst all the anger, grief, and pain we experienced with our loss, we were directed to you & your organization.  Through your own tragedy you have found found courage and strength to support & assist total strangers through theirs.  It is hard enough to deal with a loss but to have to face financial burdens at the same time only compounds the issue.  Savannah Smiles made it possible for my family to bury little Landon knowing we would not have to encounter these problems alone. I cannot begin to thank you and your family for being there through Savannah Smiles.  In many ways it has helped us to better cope with this tragedy.  We not only appreciate but now understand how important your mission is.

Thank you both so much for your kind note to us.  Thank you also for the generous gift from Savannah Smiles and for The Book of Hope.  I sat down & started reading through it the night we received it and the first page brought tears to my eyes.  I have read your website and wondered if my struggles are similar to yours. It helps us to know that someone “just a few steps ahead” is making it to.  I see your smiles & the work that your foundation is doing and I have hope.

My husband and I were both overcome with emotion at the way you and your family have helped us.  Life is so painful but your family continues to show us the unfailing grace of God.  Savannah Smiles has testified to my family that God is love.  I know Savannah pushes your family to help others.  She has pushed me to give back in many ways through her legacy.

Thank you for coming along side us after our daughter Hannah died suddenly at home.  She was 4.  My husband & I had the opportunity recently to also come along side a beloved friend in the loss of her husband.  It has been one of the best healing opportunities we have had together.  I tell you that because I wondered how you were able to so gently and generously love on people who lost children.  I understand a little bit more the reward you get, a heavenly applause for sure.  The funeral home experience was by far the strangest, creepiest experience.  We had a good experience but the fact of being there doing what we were doing was surreal.  Falling onto your ministry was a cushion of hope.  “We can do this” I thought “they are moving forward in hope & so can we”.

I would like to thank you on behalf of everyone here at Ochsner and Josh’s family for everything you helped us with.  Josh’s beautiful service would not have been possible without your large donation.  Our world is so lucky to have an organization such as yours and people with hearts as big as yours.

Barbara, Child Life Services, Ochsner

Thank you for the generous donation toward the funeral expenses of  Demarcus G.  May God bless.

Thanks a lot for the prayers and money, it helped a lot.  We will be thinking of Savannah on March 3.

Savannah Smiles, thank you so much for helping make Shaye’s wish come true by replacing her wheel chair lift!  We could not have done it without your kindness and it will never be forgotten.
