On Christmas Eve 2005, she asked if she could take what we would have spent on her for Christmas, and buy presents for kids who would spend Christmas in the hospital. We told her it was a little late to do that but we would do it next Christmas. She was in Heaven by that next Christmas.
Since 2007 we have fulfilled that unselfish request of Savannah’s by bringing several boxes of toys to local hospitals. Whats cool about this fun part of this ministry, is that businesses have asked if they can be apart of the toy collecting. STARC has been collecting for several years and this year the staff of Florida Marine Transporters asked if they could help as well.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/6″][vc_button2 title=”Our Mission” style=”3d” color=”purple” link=”url:https%3A%2F%2Fwww.savannah-smiles.org%2Fabout-us%2Four-mission%2F|title:Our%20Mission|” el_class=”menucss-1st”][vc_button2 title=”Final Expenses” style=”3d” color=”purple” link=”url:https%3A%2F%2Fwww.savannah-smiles.org%2Fabout-us%2Ffinal-expenses%2F|title:Final%20Expenses|” el_class=”menucss”][vc_button2 title=”Toys for Hospitals” style=”3d” color=”purple” link=”url:https%3A%2F%2Fwww.savannah-smiles.org%2Fabout-us%2Ftoys-for-hospitals%2F|title:Toys%20for%20Hospitals|” el_class=”menucss”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
